Short Term Rental Advertising

Short term contracts are generally between 1 and 12 months.  A lot of our clients are looking for an alternative to hotel accommodation and a well furnished 1 to 3 bed apartment or house is an ideal solution.  The APS Rentals team will work with you to structure a range of rental rates that will appeal to potential clients.  We will actively promote your property through our network of contacts, our website, newsletters and associates and will aim to achieve an 80% occupancy throughout a 12 month period.   We will fully manage the entire process from enquiry through to the client moving in.  We always accompany the clients on viewings and will provide feed back to you with in a 24 hour period. Short term rental rates are generally higher than a long term commitment, meaning that you can achieve a higher rental yield over a 12 month period.  Advertising and promotion is free and we have a range of competitive commissions for letting and managing your property during the rental periods.

Long Term Rental Advertising

Long term contracts can range from 1 year to as many as 10 years, depending on our client situation.  Our clients are looking for anything from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 6 bedroom villa, both furnished and unfurnished.  The APS Rental team will work with you to review the property’s potential, establish a achievable rental rate and create a brochure to be used for promoting your property.  We will actively promote your property through our network of contacts, our website, newsletters and associates to ensure we reach a wide target audience.  We will fully manage the entire process of renting your property from the enquiry through to the client moving in.  We always accompany the clients on viewings and will provide feed back to you with in a 24 hour period. Advertising and promotion is free and we have a range of competitive commissions for letting and managing your property during the rental periods.
